Pradhan is a trained classical and Salsa dancer. On December 2013, a new film production house 'Carnival Motion Pictures' was launched in the country, which started four new films at a time, taking Alisha as lead actress in all the films. Two of these films are ''Ontorongo'' and ''Mia Bibi Raji''. In both the films Emon is the lead actor. The shooting of ''Ontorongo'' started on 6 December which is directed by Chashi Islam.
